This is the best shop of its kind around. The people who work there are all beautiful humans. I've been going since they opened and have had at least a nice experience every time,usually a great conversation and sharing of niceties. Very knowledgeable as well. I've been to other vape shops out of necessity but iconic is a clear #1! Love the people there!

I've been shopping with these guys are a few years now, the whole team is great. Everyone is super friendly and always have new recommendations that haven't done me wrong. Best vape shop in the Lakeland area, always plenty of liquids and coils in stock and prices can't be beat.

Brian and Haylie are AWESOME. Brian set me up with the perfect vape setup and took time to thoroughly explain every question I had. Haylie was able to pinpoint the perfect vape juice after asking a few tastes and preferences. Every person behind the counter is knowledgeable and friendly. I personally will not go anywhere else for my vape needs. Thanks ICONIC!

Good prices. Staff is always cheerful and helpful. They also offer 50/50 VG/PG ejuice for older ego style rigs. Curbside pick up is wonderful for old folks like me with disabilities. I shopped around some before I tried Iconic. Haven't had a reason to shop anywhere else for a while now. Happy customer here.

I have been a cust for 4 yrs and have found there blends of vapes are good to last drop. Reward program works great at gift giving time. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly

Stopped in today 4/14/25 to let them know that the two vape pens I purchased were an inferior product and to see if I could get some help with them. The young man that I spoke with seemed to care less that the product did not work and could offer no solution as to why. I have received excellent service in the past but after today I will take my business elsewhere. Stopped in today 4/17/25 and received help from Haylie. She went above and beyond to help with my vape pens. She listened to my concerns and helped finding out what was wrong with them. Got one pen to work and traded the other one for a new vape at a discount. Thank you Haylie for your patience and understanding.

As always customer care is stellar at Iconic, Thank you Marcus Everytime I come in I am always Impressed with the best products and knowledge of everyone as well as being treated as the most important customer. Great personal skills and great management is the recipe for success! THANKS Just a few words Update I have been gone for years this is my first Vape Shop I returned last night about 06:30 PM 10-11-2023 Katlyn, Kyle, Rachel. were customer care it had been a long time and the business is still the best vape shop in the United States they were so helpful and they have everything in stock you can imagine I was looking for a pod system they explained a lot about the systems of different brands available I chose Geekvape B60 the best juice my favorite Apple Crack, Clusterfluck, and Monster Milk Cinnamon I just wanted to say Thank You guys keep up the great work ethic every time I have come here I know I am the most important customer to everyone there and the monster milk cinnamon that Kyle Set me up with is now my favorite Thank You Guys I look forward to my vaping supplies and a great experience every time I come in Thank you Joe

I’ve been buying their Polar Express flavor for years and years. I vape it exclusively so I can’t comment on their other flavors, but it’s incredibly consistent, at a great price, and always in stock when I need it. Customer service is always great, we’re usually in and out within a couple minutes.
